heheheh they werent that bad...really..................other than it felt like you had a bit of plastic stuck in your mouth( maybe cause i didnt read the instructions right?)...if you ignored it its fine...and no pain in my teeth what so ever...a little hard to peel off tho because it was a bit slimy, and it did do something to my teeth..but i think i would need more just to be sure i wasnt imagining it......i think i could use them as often as the package says to.....................all in all...a very cool and neat product...i highly reccomend getting some...wish i had more to use......love you all
